A Korean brand that was founded in 1973, they are able to offer full service advertising on a global scale, with 42 branches in 35 countries across the planet. The UK branch, located at the Crane Building in Lavington Street, near to the Blackfriars Bridge in Central London, is no different. These ‘Oversees Professionals’ offer equally specialist Marketing Expertise to businesses here in the United Kingdom, from advertising to retail and digital services.

The Cheil offices at the Crane Building needed to reflect the same principles as their brand; innovation, professionalism and high quality. We worked hard to provide them this and did so successfully across all floors of the building that the company occupied, from the Ground to the 3^rd, where Cheil UK are based.

We supplied a range of services to complete the build across all floors, which included:

a) Incoming Electricity Supply

b) Main and Sub-main Switchgear

c) Distribution Equipment

d) Small Power Systems Installation

e) Tea Point Power Systems Installation

f) Lighting Systems Installation

g) Emergency Lighting Systems Installation

h) Earthing and Bonding

i) Data & Telecommunications

Some of the elements of these services included installing Small Power Systems that included power supplies for cleaner’s points, wall sockets, floor boxes and for plasma installation in office and meeting rooms.

We included Lighting and Emergency Lighting System installation, modifying existing circuits and fittings in order to adhere to design specifications, as well as bringing in several new circuits in order to comply with safety regulations.

The project as a whole was an incredibly enjoyable one to be a part of, as working with such an enthusiastic and energetic company gave us great insight into their company ethos that we could then reflect in the services we provided them.
